• South Africa: 3–7 business days
• International orders: 8–15 business days

Shipping Fees

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Please note:

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Laced Hairs is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be required to pay for re-shipping.


Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work with reliable courier partners, Laced Hairs is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Courier companies
• Customs processing
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays

Damaged Items
